Materials, Parental Communication & Safety
Our daycare features beautiful, sensory-rich classrooms, educational materials and toys that are cleaned daily. Providing a safe, secure environment is our No. 1 priority. We make every effort to keep your child safe, happy, and healthy. All parents are greeted at the door to sign in and be assisted. We have constant communication with parents about their child's development.
Nutrition
We provide a nutritious meal to all the children of Nuevo Amanecer, using child nutrition standards. When substitutions are necessary, we’ll maintain the nutritional content of the overall menu and post updates so you know what’s been served. Meals may include your child assisting in areas such as: Table setting, Food serving and cleaning up. We encourage children to taste new foods however, we cannot require children to eat or punish them if they choose not to eat all foods served.
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Accepted
Nuevo Amanecer Daycare accepts the Child Care Assistance Program. CCAP provides working families with access to affordable, quality child care that allows families to continue working and it contributes to the healthy, emotional and social development of the child.
Infant Program
Nuevo Amanecer provides a safe, secure environment where your child can learn, play and grow. We have developed a nurturing, creative program supporting every child’s unique patterns for development, feeding and sleeping. Our daycare uses these patterns as a guide to introduce daily activities to stimulate infants’ curiosity and imagination. Nuevo Amanecer is committed to making the first transition away from home smooth and natural for families and children.
Program Highlights:
- Develop basic concept of communication and social interactions
- Focus on cognitive and motor skills through playtime activities
- Discover different sounds, textures, and images through first experience of self expression
- Daily communication between teachers and parents keep family informed about child’s development
Toddler Program
Toddler classrooms support learning through sensory experiences that enhance cognitive, language, motor, and social skills. Nuevo Amanecer provides opportunities for children to engage in movement with music, pretend play, projects with age-appropriate materials and literacy experiences. Teachers guide children by modeling appropriate social behavior and the discovery of themselves as individuals.

Tuition is charged on an enrollment* basis and owed at the beginning of each week.
